Stockholm Pride opens
July 28th
goes on until August 1.

You need to be prepared, we give you some hints what you can
expect.
You can buy your day-pass at the entrance gate to the Pride park/Tanto.
Pride-Park location.
take the subway
to T-Zinkensdam. Getting up from
the subway, walk in to Ringvâgen and turn down after the football field.
You cant miss the park.. just follow the gay markers and the Pride
flags.
Cue lines in to the park, this is the ticket day so the lines will be
massive.
Park SECURITY is good both inside + outside the park say the Police crew

New
Features in Pride Park The Park is open every day, July 28th- 31st.
Today people have been queuing up, for their
new Tags and Pride tickets.
You will find some old giddies but also improved parts in this years park.
This year there are several new activities. Like previous years the
children
have their own special "Children´s corner", open from 3 p.m.
until 9 p.m.
For the more daring the park offers a "Sports corner" where you
among
other sports can try our climbing wall. Sports corner, open 3 p.m.- 9 p.m.
This year there's a special picnic area where you can enjoy food
and you
beverages from our restaurants. The Picnic corner, open 3 p.m. until 1
a.m.

- We were chatting with a lot of people about the park, they really love
to be a part of the gay Pride and are looking forward to some fun time in
the picnic corner - The park seems
more made for entertainment 2004.

They are happy to announce that the opening speech will be held by bishop
Caroline Krook, she is the seventh bishop of the
diocese of Stockholm SW.

for 2004. - And the choices was well thou true this year. ( many
nominations)

for their coverage of HBT QUESTIONS and the numerous of programs/reports
made to strengthen HBT rights in the Swedish community. and the good work.
Kalles Kablar in a the celebration song together with winner Radio
Stockholm.

to UD
for their
lack of interest in HBT questions.
- Sweden have not taken an active part in
the important work to act for HBT's (Homo-. Bisexual- and
transgernders ).
UD was not able to be at the Stockholm Pride to collect thire
price..............

KUNQ - Stockholm's queerelits darlings are doing it again! This is
KUNQ's
third performance during Pride. KUNQ acts stories from their experiences
of being young and non-heterosexual. --- The play is about love,
anger,
violence and humor. The Queer Police is back! For this year's show KUNQ
is influened by Nationaldemokraterna's violence and threats. KUNQ refuse
to shut themselves in an own small world, they gather the unaccepted......

Stockholm Pride have a yearly theme song, and this year 04 is no
exception.

The new Pride song are a translated track version from the latest album
).
According to Prides latest press release the duo are happy to make this
CD.
For every sold single 2:- Skr will go to Stockholm Prides solidarity-work
like
the project; Expo and to a Baltic country to make a Pride possible for
them.
(Some funds will be given to the the Latvian youth group for the year 2005).
Nina &Kim are presently in the studio to make a Pride-remix and to work on
the new Pride VIDEO. You can soon see the video at the

RFSL youth organization will that you contact them with any questions....
One tent that are important are
the new TEST TENT OF SYPHILIS, ever
day some new get the disease. The amount of victims have doubled in
the last year, twice as many carries this bacteria. ---- So now
anyone
can take a free test in the park, and the answer will be s-mailed to you.
The tent are open between16.00 - 19.00. Ask for it in the infodesk ......
- Food,
Restaurants, Cafés and lots of commercial tents selling products
are mixed with safesex info anti drug, alcohol info and all sorts of info
to
the guests. - You will have a ball checking out and talk to the tent crew.

PRIDE WEDDING AT CLUB CONNECTION

28/7 Wedding theme,

LINDA that works at the club was married
to the Dj INCA from club Indigo. - They meet at Connection and now
they married at the club during Pride. The marriage tock place
in the
evening of 28 july-2004. The Matrimonial act was heeled by Politician
Tasso Stafilidis.
- He has performed over 500 weddings since 1999.
Half of them are HBT weddings (
ceremonies ) the rest "hetro"
acts.
BEAUTIFUL LOVE AT THE ALTAR

Stafilidis -The bride Jannica (INCA) and Cameron.
- Two very nervous
brides with a lifelong commitment to each other stood
at the altar at the club. Beautiful and young with a huge amount of love
to give to this marriage. "We hope that all our guests have a happy pride"
and the two brides hugged all their loved ones after the
ceremony...........
The ceremony ( 1/2 hour ) was stylish, beautiful and made with a huge
amount with respect to the brides and guests, after all the huggs
and
congratulations a dinner was server made by the gay Club Connection.
Yes its two brides and
the dressing has nothing to do with that lesbians
like to live up to heterosexual traditions, (man and wife) -Linda have her
dress on just because that yes loves to dress that way sometimes and
her wedding are special. Jannica godson Cameron hade a very important
task to perform, he was the ring keeper, handing over the two gold rings
to Tasso just after thire spoken out thire wedding
vows............................

but also LENA PH came on as the surprise artist, she gave the gay
audience value for the money they payed to this packed Pride party.
5 songs and extra number was her contribution to St0ckholm Pride.
Well perhaps she also will stand on the Schlagers stage on Thursday.

& JJ was masters at the dancefloors, you hade 2
completely packed floors this day.( 850 guests according the guards).
The party was between 22-03.00, In the Big Mondo + The restaurant.
